SPF conducts a satisfaction survey every two years. Your opinion is important to us. Let us know what we’re doing well and where we could improve. Your feedback will help us improve our service. Will you help by completing the survey?

How can you take part?
If you accrue pension at SPF or you are already receiving your retirement pension, research agency MWM2 sends you an e-mail around April 12 to fill out the survey. Pensioners of whom we do not have an e-mail address will receive a letter. It takes about 6 to 8 minutes to complete the survey. You have until May 9, 2021. The answers will be handled in strictest confidence and anonymously.

Information about the results
SPF will inform you about the results of the survey later this year.
