DPS manages the implementation of the collective pension and pre-pension schemes on behalf of the pension funds and communicates on these matters.
DPS advises the pension funds on investment strategies and all related topics. Tactical and operational management is carried out by the asset management department. External asset managers are used selectively for special mandates. As DPS acts in line with the investment policy and policy documentation, including the pension funds’ SRI policy, and can also agree with this policy and does not manage any assets other than those of the pension funds, DPS itself has not established a separate SRI policy or comparable policy documentation.
DPS provides administrative support for the pension funds and is a member of the board and Committees of the Federation of the Dutch Pension Funds (“Pensioenfederatie”) on behalf of the funds.
DPS is responsible for communications for both pension funds and is a member of the Pensioenfederatie's Pension Communication Platform (“Platform Pensioencommunicatie”).
DPS advises the funds’ Boards on setting up, implementing, and carrying out risk management and compliance.
DPS takes care of the funds’ financial administration and takes care of all periodic reports.
