Blast from the Past

In the October newsletter, we reflected on Guido Croonen’s retirement as a Board Member and the resulting vacancy on the SPF Board.

The employer nominated Maurice Pelsers to fill the vacancy as SPF Board Member. This means us renewing our acquaintance with him, as he was actually an SPF Board Member from January 2009 until June 2015. 

The Board is delighted with the nomination and appointment of Maurice as a Board Member as he proved to be such a competent and motivated Board Member in the past.

For those who don’t know him as a SABIC employee,
Maurice has been employed at SABIC since 2007 and is now working as Senior Manager at Petrochemical Pipeline Services B.V. For the first ten years, he worked within the Supply Chain Solids department. He worked there, successively, as Supply & Inventory Manager, Project Manager, and Procurement Manager for European bulk transport. He later worked as Senior Account Manager within the Polymer division’s Sales department. 
He made the switch to PPS B.V. in early 2021.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Maurice and wish him every success.
