We would like to inform you about several Board and Supervisory Board changes that took place recently. We waited to make these announcements because our regulator, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), always needs to approve new member appointments. We have now received these approvals.

Juul Zegers joined the SPF Board as of 17 September, on the recommendation of employer SABIC. He replaces Léon Jacobs, who has retired. 

The composition of the Supervisory Board is also changing from 1 October. 

Geertje Strampel will join as a member of the Supervisory Board following the departure of Willeke Ong.
