Confidence in SPF even higher

The survey carried out in May showed that members' confidence in the SPF pension fund has increased even further.
Of all members, 85% have confidence in SPF (up from 76% in 2016). SPF's average score rose to 7.6 (up from 7.2 in 2016). SPF's communication was also rated as 7.6 (up from 7.4 in 2016).
The number of members who indicate that they are concerned about the fund’s financial situation has fallen to 46% (compared with 60% previously), with 63% of them worried that they will receive less pension than is currently indicated (compared with 68% previously) when the time comes.
Keylane carried out the member survey among SABIC employees on behalf of SPF. A separate study in Dutch and English is offered for the target group. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey. The results will be used to continue to improve how SPF communicates on pension matters and its service.
