We wish to inform everyone about a number of changes in the Board and Supervisory Board that have taken place in the past period. We waited to make these announcements because our regulator, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), always needs to approve appointments. We have now received these approvals.
Arthur Smit has temporarily been appointed as Chairman of SPF, effective from January 1, in succession to Pascal Wolters. We have started the selection procedure for a new Chairman and will inform you of any developments. Rene Witjes has stepped down as member of the Board representing employees. He is succeeded by Rudger Schiewer. Angela Peters has succeeded Dries Nagtegaal as external member of the Board.
There was one change in the Supervisory Board. Stephan Linnenbank has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board in succession to Peter de Groot.
