The convenience of My SPF Pension and SPF digital mail

The new website and “My SPF Pension” environment are live!
However, you may experience some disruption due to work being carried out to migrate from the old environment to the new one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do everything in our power to ensure the migration proceeds as smoothly as possible.
For example, you may experience some inconvenience when logging in with the DigiD app. Logius, the supplier of DigiD, is working to resolve this.





Increased security when logging in

If you live in the Netherlands, you can only log in with your DigiD. In the future, two-way authentication will also become compulsory wherever you log in. This means that if you log in via your DigiD with your login name and password, you will also need to enter a code sent by SMS. We have set this up now for your safety and to avoid extra costs in the future.

What if you live abroad and do not have a DigiD?
Once we have switched to the new "My SPF pension" environment, your will be sent a new password by mail which you can use to log on. Your citizen service number will be your username. Please be aware that you will no longer be able to use your old login credentials.

Why update the environment?
The technical lifespan of the current environment has reached its end. We have already been working on a new environment in the background for several months now. Visually, the new environment has been aligned with our website and specific information has been added for each target group. As a member, you will be able to modify data such as your email address and your mailing or foreign address much more easily. The pension planner is clearer and easier to fill in, and the inbox for your documents has also been given a better look and feel. These are just a few of the modifications that had been on our wish list for some time. We are very happy with the results. We hope you will have a look at the new “My SPF Pension” soon. What do our members think?
SPF's communication panel got to experience the new environment first. “Clearly structured, well-organized”, “attractive and fresh”, “freshened up and completely in tune with today's trends” and “positive, fast selection and/or search possible” are just a few of the positive remarks we received. The panel also had a number of ideas for tweaks, such as a chat function. We are looking into which modifications and additional features we can implement in version 2 of the portal, later this year. That way, we can continue to develop and improve the members’ portal. If you have any suggestions for improvement, by all means, let us know.

Digital SPF mail and private email address
Not long after the new "My SPF pension" environment goes live, you will start receiving all of your mail from SPF digitally. That way, not only will we be able to reach you more quickly, but we will also save a lot of money and paper. Acting in an environmentally-conscious manner is very important to us, and we will send you a personal message about this. This message will also explain how you can change your choice to receive your mail digitally or in printed form. We will then send you a personal message by mail, even if you already communicate with us digitally. You will find out why when you open your mail. And the first time you log on, please remember that we prefer to receive your private email address, so we can reach you at all times.
